Coaching

The Coaching X Equity framework helps systems senior leaders, managers, and individual clients to streamline and shift adult practices at every level of an institution's organizational ecosystem. We strive to build a community of practice that centers achievement through consistent high-fidelity practice, builds capacity, and delivers positive outcomes through a multi-tiered system of support and implementation.

COURAGE

“The core of authenticity is courage to be imperfect, vulnerable and to set boundaries”

- Brené Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection

Our Approach

In our Coach X Equity model, coachees will receive tailored support in identifying their strengths, opportunities, and aptitude through an evidence-based assessment process that centers strategic planning, implementation, and sustainability.

Systems - C-Suite Leaders will have a strong understanding of the areas of strength and growth in the implementation of equitable practices within their context and have clear proof points of how equity-centered practices are embedded and supported in their organizations.

Managers will have a shared understanding and clearly defined tools to evaluate equitable practices within their teams. The implementation of the promising practices will provide managers with clear evidence to support their progress toward system-wide strategic goals aligned to equity-centered practices.

All clients engaged in coaching will experience evidenced-based self-assessments centered on cultivating sociopolitical context development. Practitioners will become versed in key coaching frames that build relationships while having critical conversations across lines of difference. During the assessment process, stakeholders impacted by the client will be surveyed and engaged for their input to inform the leadership pathway to drive the individualized coaching plan.
