Coach X Equity
Shifting from equity as an espoused value, shifting to a practiced way of being.
The Coaching X Equity framework helps systems C-Suite leaders, managers, and individual clients to streamline and shift adult practices at every level of an organizational ecosystem. We strive to build a community of practice that centers achievement through consistent high-fidelity practice, builds capacity, and delivers positive outcomes through a multi-tiered system of support and implementation.

Systems - C-Suite Leaders will have a strong understanding of the areas of strength and growth in the implementation of equitable practices within their context and have clear proof points of how equity-centered practices are embedded and supported in their organizations.
Managers will have a shared understanding and clearly defined tools to evaluate equitable practices within their teams. The implementation of the promising practices will provide managers with clear evidence to support their progress toward system-wide strategic goals aligned to equity-centered practices.
Clients engaged in coaching will experience evidenced-based self-assessments centered on cultivating sociopolitical context development.
